Was in the market for some new Cartier eyeglasses after not buying a pair for few years. Got referred here by a friend. Didn't realize I Paid 2700 cash for two pair of glasses I that really cost under 1k a piece. Basically paid an extra 700 dollars for nothing. Can't even be mad I should've done better research. Sad though because I was planning on returning for more business. I must admit the quality not their products looked nice. My friend who referred me was disappointed he raves about them. Lesson learned.

Update: After having the glasses for a some months it was time for my eye exam and I finally decided to get my new prescriptions lenses added by an authorized Cartier dealer only to find out the glasses are fakes. Replicas. I'm highly upset and truly question the integrity of this company. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this place. They sold me two pair of knockoffs. No point in attempting to return them pretty much 3k down the drain. This is no way to conduct business.

Response to owner: I'm 100 percent sure it was your store. I felt there was no point in even attempting to return the items due to the fact that they were purchased around February and I didn't find out they were replicas until June. Honestly you guys didn't even provide me with a receipt in the bag. All I have is the booklet you guys were using to promote your valentine days sale which you placed in the bag with the two pair of glasses. You may recall if you were the gentleman that I asked you to purchase the two pair of glasses. The Dark hair taller gentleman in is who I dealt with. who then went into the back to see if they were willing to let me get the 2 pair for 2700. Which honestly wasn't a deal in the first place after doing some research. Truthfully I just took it as a lesson learned. I just felt other people should be aware of the bad business practice that was done to what could've been one of your most consistent customers. My best man got me a gold movado watch which happens to go perfectly with my gold cufflinks. Only problem was, the watch was a couple of links to large, and I’m getting married in about five hours. I drove down to the only jewelry store open by 9 AM which is Pereira Jewelry and was greeted by the owner. She was wonderful to work with and she size my watch a perfectly. She knew it was my wedding day, as I was in the putting out wedding day fires. Personally, I hate when I work with people, and they are on their cell phones, but I did the same to her. She was extremely nice and she put the watch on my hand while I was still dealing with the phone call. She didn’t charge me and said this is your wedding gift for the day, I’m sure she saw the stress in my face.
