Switched lines to FirstNet(At&T) (approximately Aug. 2024) at the store: originally the upgrade offered was mostly a bait and switch and the store associates have been horrible throughout this process and would deny thier mistakes that were in black and white on both my side and thier system. It took corporate to override their incorrect device returns/upgrade and a host of other issues. The store representative was arguing with me the entire time that it's almost closing time that she has to close the store she does not care that it was the last day to return the device, she was adamant that I would be leaving the store and basically be stuck paying for that device, the corporate representative heard all of this and when he finally confirmed he could handle the return(s), he was amazed at the unprofessionalism of the store representative. Today 05.03.25 trying to get a replacement Sim card, simple request, right? NO, store representatives required me to have the device with me. The exact same device already on the account, I could see the screen that said new sim or order sim.. so, no, this was not a requirement from At&T but rather some policy that this retailer has implemented. I left the store and called customer service and paid to have a sim card mailed to me instead of being able to get one same day. And once again, the store representative, one specifically that I had an issue with prior, is not concerned about corporate being called or the satisfaction of the customer. The At&T corporate customer relations representative has been contacted(the rep. Who links retailers to corporate)) which we all know these complaints go nowhere, as most are forwarded back internally to the store level for the acting manager to take action.

The place is HORRIBLE.. The workers there CAROLINE WALKER who would not even give me her name i had to look it up because she knew she was out of line is the rudest worker there. I don"t know about yall but when your working a costumer service job your suppose to make the costumer happy and she is far from making anyone happy. My husband went in to get a sim card like AT&T told him to do so he could use his new phone and Carolina refused to sale him a SIM card, and not only that screamed at him. Thank god we have it all recorded and I will stop at nothing until she loses her job. This is not the first encounter I, or some of my friends have had with this lady. You can not pick and chose who you want to sale your merchandise too its your job. You should never mix work with personal problems... Needless to say AT&T is loosing a lot of costumers due to this lady Caroline Walker if she doesn't know how to work when shes at work then shes no...

Went there just to get a quote on new iPhone. They asked about my information, so I gave them thinking those must be required to get an accurate quote. But instead they ended up putting me on postpaid plan without my consent which cost me $113/month. I had yearly prepaid plan; now they put me on postpaid. Customer service doesn’t know how to solve this problem recommended me go to the store and ask for manager. Store Manager says he put a ticket for my account, not to worry about the payment and working on it. Also, today I received an email that my phone number is about to suspend because I have not paid bills!!! Hartsville store owner really needs to work on this.
