never never going to take anything here again to get shipped. I took a package there for shipment told them there was glass in it,asked them to put fragile on it gave them two rolls of brown paper to wrap it. two weeks later the person I sent it to never got it. went to video city and the package came back,I never got a phone call that it has been returned. It was in the same box not wrapped with the paper I gave them and no fragile stickers on the box. they said that fedex does not supply them with the stickers so he said they write it on the box, but it was not on mine. I get there and the manager or whoever he was did not want us to see the package. everything in the box was broken and 4 pieces was missing. I never got the paper back. it cost me almost $40.00 to send. if anybody has anything to send do not go here,go to the post office where I sent two packages a day later and arrived at the same address tow days later and nothing was broken. it is also cheaper to go to the post office.
