BELLA NAILS AND SPA — Local services in Hartsville

Although I had paid for my service. I left Bella nails in Hartsville SC on Monday February 12th unhappy with my nails. I went to my car got a second opinion from a friend and after she stated they didn’t look the best I went back in and asked nicely for them to be taken off and to get something different . I was told by the lady in all purple with braces (that refused to give me her name after I said I would be leaving a review)) they looked fine and that I would have to pay all over again so I then stated that I would rather just get them taken off which she said would be $15 . Money isn’t the issue but it’s really the principle behind it especially since I was being nice .After sitting and thinking I asked for them to just change the black. Whoever this lady is I just want to address the fact that’s she’s very rude especially since I went in being very reasonable about the situation. She told me I should go back to school to be a nail tech and recommend that I go around the nail shop and get others opinions on my nails when I’m the one wearing them . I was not only unsatisfied with the service but I was embarrassed. If I could rate with no stars I would . SINCE I CANT MAKE ANOTHER REVIEW THEY WERE RUDE MY NAILS WAS UGLY THE FIRST TIME AND AFTER THEY FIXED THEM . THIS NAIL SHOP DOES NAILS LIKE WE’RE IN THE YEARS OF 2000-2015 BUT CHARGE 2024 PRICES !!! ALTHOUGH THE PRICE IS NEVER THE ISSUE YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET MAD WHEN YOU EXPERIENCE A CUSTOMER WHO’S NOT...

I went to this natural salon for the first time since I saw many great reviews about it. They took me in quite quickly after I signed in ... sign in process is through a apple iPad which was pretty neat but the older clients had trouble figuring out how to use it. lol. they should have another way of signing in for the much older clients who are not computer tech savvy. I wanted to take off my dip powder and just have a clear polish applied. The lady who took care of me was very nice and took care of me before leaving me to take care of another client...she applied the acetone and wraps on my nails and a heating pad type thing to cover my nails and the heating pad ended up burning my arm and hand then another woman came and finished my nails with removing the dip powder application and applying the clear nail polish on my nails. Overall an okay experience but I didn’t like that I had to pay 10.00 after them burning me the way they did. I...

I got my nails done yesterday and I always go here. I wasn’t able to get the lady I always use “Lee”, so she picked “John” for me and I tell you I will never use him again. My nails look like I got them done a week or so ago. They are crooked, different lengths, and the design is pretty but the acrylic so so far away from my cuticle. The polish is bumpy on half my nails and polish had ran down the nail. He refused to fix it after I told him it ran. Then he does the design first which I never had done before but I told him I wanted the other nails painted the pink color. He said I do my job and he does his job. But I was just confused to why he was doing the design first. He was very unprofessional and spilled his coffee on the table and my hands after he finished and didn’t even apologize.
