Lucky Nails — Local services in Hartwell

See Update! My "goto" for pedicures! I love this location and don't mind driving 30 minutes for the service! I don't know her name but she is awesome. 🤩 My daughter loves it too 💖 However, I asked for just a clean up on my brow wax and she (another worker) waxed almost my whole brow off... I was not happy about that AT ALL

UPDATE:: I had to take a star away. I was trying to be patient and keep good vibes. However, the younger nail tech seemed to be preoccupied with personal matters. I asked 3xs about rhinestones, first time it was like she didn't hear me. Second time, she speaks to the tech bedside her about what I asked, still. nothing said to me. Third time, it's as if I'm bothering her. To top it all off...it was done sloppily and before I even got home, 2 rhinestones came off🤦🏾‍♀ Another one just popped off. Who wants to just throw away money!!?? I drive 30 minutes because I thought/felt they have exceptional service from previous visits. I think this was my last time going. After all the bad service and overcharging I've encountered from various nail techs; I'm dam near ready to try doing my own nails. It is sad how customers are no longer valued or treated...

Read the whole review please.... I honestly have had many good experiences here before BUT today I was sorely disappointed!!!! While I was getting my pedicure, 2 girls walked in after me and then the nail tech started rushing which pisses me off bc I'm paying the same money as them but at least my toes look good. My nails however are a different story!!! They look awful. They are lumpy and thick and SLOPPY. The idea and colors are cute but to make matters worse. When I went back to see if she could just redo them for me bc I was so unhappy and $115 is a lot to pay to be unhappy, she literally argued with me and was trying to make excuses as to why they SUCK. Lady. You have done my nails good before I know you see that they suck!!!!! So to end this review I will never go bqck to this shop again just for the simple fact that I tried to give e them the opportunity to make things right and they let me down with their poor customer service.
