I can’t say I’m impressed. After opening an account with this location for our home in Royston, they put the wrong phone number on file as well as the wrong address. Upon creating my Verizon account and attempting to redeem the Xbox bundle that we paid for (the entire reason we chose Verizon rather than Kinetic or AT&T) and after noticing the errors, I attempt to call Verizon. The corporate number is extremely frustrating and they won’t connect you to the right department. After being transferred multiple times, you are disconnected. So I drive 30 minutes to this location to correct the errors made on my account and they tell me that no changes can be made to my account before 30 days of opening my account. So we must wait until our 30 days has passed before I am able to redeem our Xbox bundle AND change my address. Our physical address is connected to a business in Royston. Upon giving them my physical address I told them that I would need my mailing address to be our PO Box, because we do not have a mailbox and any mail received would go to the business next door, and we don’t want to interrupt their business. I am then informed that even after our 30 days, we won’t be able to use a PO Box to receive our Xbox OR any mail. I explained our situation entirely to staff before using their services, and I was told everything was good to go. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone seeking internet. After spending 3 consecutive weekends at over 5+ hours each time & still things were not done properly so now we are being threatened by an employee that we will have a 1299. Charge for a phone SHE DID NOT connect correctly by the end of the day! We have requested more than once to set up appt with manager but we get no response from any management only threats! I left the previous 5 star raring review here to show that i once was very pleased by the employees at this store, now I am far from pleased! The BELOWwas from the previous visit -NOT THE LAST 3 THAT WERE EACH 5+ HOURS & THINGS STILL DIDN'T GET FIXED: (verizon please get those employees back!!) The moment we walked in we were greeted very friendly & told we would be helped soon. It wasn't but just a few minutes we were helped which gave us time to look around at the array of phones & accessories. Our csr was very thorough and answered all of our questions (also although he was still in training he took time to ask his supervisor questions so that we were given the correct answers -no bs answers to build a sale & that is greatly appreciated!) All employees had a great attitude and their teamwork showed so well that it made for a comfortable atmosphere!!

Read moreI wish I could do 0 stars! This store is an absolute joke! I went In to get my wife a phone. She already has Verizon on her mom’s account. Her number was to be moved her mom’s account to my account. They told me that couldn’t be done (by the way I’m at another Verizon store in Elberton and they did it in 7 minutes) they added not 1 but 2 phones to my account and the we did purchase a tablet for our daughter and they added 2 tablets! The level of incompetence and lack of training these people at VICTRA have is absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Elberton store. I was at the store all in all 8 hours in 2 days.. this is not right. I tried returning everything they wouldn’t let me. They charged the day of $409.58 when i tried Returning all they wanted to give me back was $117. The two guys that were involved were Mikah and Logan. When i asked about the rest of the money they wouldn’t give it back. They have no accountability and the manager “Hope”kept telling him she was at home and did not have time to deal with this. Waste of time waste of energy and they lost a loyal customer. This place is the absolute worst. The transaction should have been done right from the get go. Move my wife’s number over then upgrade it. Not add 4 lines. The experience i had at this store has left a bad taste in my mouth. We are boycotting this location...
