The facility is nice but customer service sucks. I added 1 card info for one time use (then use different card). They said they removed the card info but charged it a few months later. The amount was their yearly fee but I already paid my yearly fee. They won’t refund this unauthorized charge. The manager hung up on me yesterday before removing the card info. They contacted me today and finally removed it (after I had contacted corporate yesterday). I don’t trust them with my information at all anymore! This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location. Read moreNot recommended. New facility and it's clean but equipment and work out space is extremely crammed. There is no yoga or stretching area except for a very limited size area in the back. I did not use spa or tanning services. Membership- be extremely careful of their contract. It is difficult to cancel. Payments are not handled by the location so if you experience any billing issues- it is IMPOSSIBLE to resolve.
