I would’ve rated this place with NO stars, but of course you have to select at least one. I have been coming to this store for years. I am so disappointed in their service. They have f* me over multiple times and I have let it slide. Today was my last straw. I bought a new mod from them LAST SUNDAY and it broke one week later. When I had bought it I was told I had a warranty on it for up to a month. I went to return/exchange it today (receipt in hand) and the guy working, yelled at me saying he wasn’t going to do it. I returned later with my boyfriend and he proceeded to yell at us in front of other customers. They are over priced and rude. I highly recommed going to the store in Rosemount by cub instead. Their prices are $10 cheaper on EVERYTHING and they have much better customer service. I am DONE with this store...

Terrible store, everything is over priced, they sell to minors who clearly are not old enough, very unprofessional, and a very strange way to treat a customer that shopped everyday at your store, and I was told that I wasn’t wanted there when having a simple disagreement with the poor excuse for a manager “Matt”. The problem could have been resolved with a simple coversation. But as stated in other reviews Matt wants to act like a little child and flail his arms and smirk! He is unfit to manage a business as my 7 year old brother has better conflict resolution. Hope your happy losing another...

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Adrian left out the back door in the middle of helping me, then the other person wouldn’t exchange something that I bought from them because they tried to blame me for the problem. They wanted me to leave my broken item in the store in the middle of a pandemic to see if it would leak again. They claim to stand behind their products and say they will help you out but they don’t.
