I cannot recommend Tap Truck highly enough! We have used Tap Truck two years in a row to provide bar service for our annual school fundraiser. Our event is in February (indoors), the doors of the venue are not large enough to accommodate the truck, so Nicole and her husband set up a fabulous looking indoor bar, taking care to match the colors/themes of our event. The service they provide to guests at the event is top-notch - not only have we NEVER received a complaint about bar service, but guests have actually asked that we never change vendors because they enjoyed their service so much! Nicole is amazing to work with throughout the process - she is incredibly organized, has great beer/wine suggestions that fit our budget, and handles ALL of the details so that I don't have to think about them. In addition, Nicole and her husband are genuinely kind people who care about their clients. We recently hired Tap Truck Midwest to serve drinks at a neighborhood party in our backyard. The entire experience could not have been better. Tap Truck's management was very gracious in working with us to select a date and then plan the menu. Bernie and Caleb served drinks on the day of the event, and they were incredibly kind, friendly, and great servers. They also did everything involving set up and take down, and even served drinks out of (cheesy) themed mugs that we provided.
