Blast to the past! This diner is a must go if you are in Hastings! I went for breakfast and man, I wish I got 2nds and 3rds!

The food was so delicious. I had the Belgium waffle platter. It had bacon and eggs with it. They give you options for choice of meat and how you want your eggs done. The bacon pieces were not thin, over cooked, or just pure fat. It was thick, cooked to perfection, and delicious! Eggs were also seasoned to perfection 👌

The service was outstanding. At the time. There was only one server. And she was a Rockstar. She helped multiple tables and for sure deserved a gold star! The chefs were on point as well!

The place is amazing! I'm here just for a driver's test but I popped in for some food and immediately fell in love with how everything looked! Nostalgia from a time not seen was a little funny, just you feel like you're in an old comedy show in a restaurant scene. I can't explain how much I loved the look of that place and the painting and the colors just, UGH amazing, it was sick as hell. The server was nice too! Was polite and patient.

This food! The food was pretty good from what I could tell, I didn't eat anything extraordinary but a regular cheese burger because that was the special but! It was really good, I enjoyed it quite a lot, the fries are also good as well, none of that regular processed stuff.

Not too loud, the employees were super nice (even washed my daughter’s nook when she dropped it). Food was exactly what you would expect. Decaf coffee was the right amount of average quality and the water is the correct amount of bad but not soapy like las margaritas. The mugs were diner quality not overdone or stupid, and the silverware was not plastic. They do give out straws but only by request making them environmentally friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the bathroom, but the high chair for the nugget was secure, of wooden nature, and had a modern clip system.
