If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We went to tmobile in hastings at 10 a.m. and we were there till almost 130 trying to get 4 of our lines transferred over. Little did we know this would end up being an 11 hour ordeal. They eventually told us to call customer service. Which we did and spent over 5 hours on the phone with them then and i got someone and ordered 4 phones and she seemed to compensate us and be understanding with what we went through then we were out to dinner with our son for his bday and got a message our phones were deactivated after all the hours we spent dealing with this and multiple supervisors we dealt with. Called back to customer service and was told they couldn't do a thing about it. Now we are left without phones or service. I would never go to this company if I knew it would take longer to get new lines than a house and car put together. We also contacted the store again and they told us it wasn't their problem and we need to contact customer service which we already spent hours on the line with. Seriously tmobile Maybe cheaper in service but if you add all the time we spent dealing with this, I could've stayed with who we were with and not had a headache and no one with this company will help us My husband is a fire fighter and needs his phone so this is a huge hassle for us as he needs a phone...
Read moreI waited 45 minutes to get waited on 45 minutes, Noah was helping someone with a new phone ot was taking longer then usually, he kept apologizing, the other guy was helping these 2 bwack jobs they were so rude, there was another person but I'm guessing he couldn't get off his ass long enough to help. Mind you there was 6 more people waiting behind me I was nice enough to let someone pay their bill before I was helped. All I needed was to update my account but still 45 minutes. Noah was so awsome and he did a fantastic job the last time I was in there david helped me with a case for my phone seems they don't make a case for my phone but david found one that fits perfectly. He was so awesome to helped me with understanding my account like when I could upgrade etc. I used to go to cottage Grove will never go there again they were rude, they had enough people working but nobody seemed to Want to help me an the other 3 customer's in the store's. Read moreThey provided me excellent service and helped me fix issues with my phone even though I'm a Sprint customer. However since this T-Mobile was never a legacy sprint store to begin with, they don't have the equipment to support Sprint customers at the moment. However, they told me that they are getting the equipment to be able to access sprint accounts sometime soon though. Honestly with the great customer care and slightly cheaper phone plans with free 5g data with no extra charges like Verizon and AT&T currently offer, I might even just make the switch and migrate over to T-Mobile sometime soon👍. (Update: I recently stopped by again because I was having some service issues and now they have this thing called the T-Mobile Network Experience for Sprint Customer's and they were able to use their new Sprint systems to swap out my Sim card with a T-Mobile Sim card for free! And now I'm getting more coverage now, and the best thing is, it only took a few minutes and I didn't even have to change my rate plan! Thanks...
