Called 11:30AM to place an order, no answer.. Drove to restaurant at 11:45 and walked in to place order for a chief salad, stood 10 mins, no one acknowledged me standing at the counter, it's now 11:55.. after 10 mins I walked out. During the time I was waiting I witnessed an employee slip and fall, get himself back up and continue preparing burgers for other customers without changing his gloves, and no one's wearing hair nets. This location is absolutely filthy I would highly recommend going to the Evelyn Gandy or Ellisville locations over this one. In the end I got a McDonald's curb side order and...

At the Ellisville location. The employees are friendly and helpful. I enjoy going into the store. The store is clean. But, I have eaten the lunch plate a couple of time and the breakfast once. I was disappointed each time. 😢. I was trying to give them chance since the store is new, but no improvement noted.
