Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

I have used the app to order from this location for several years. Some times there is a problem as the entire mall shares the same address, but only I made edits to the address to help find my store. Yesterday, the driver came in and begins with shouting "I have a bone to pick with you..." This grown man proceeded to yell at me loud enough that everyone in my 20,000 sq ft store heard every word and were checking on me. He proceeds to tell me the fact the edit to my information not saving to the app was my problem and telling me how to put in delivery instructions when HE was the only person that has had a problem getting my order to me. I was so mad after being verbally assaulted I called the manager who seemed sincerely apologetic and said he would "have a talk with him so it won't happen again" - so I get yelled at and all I get is a promise he won't do it again? I don't want the guy fired, but at the very least, a suspension for a few days of unpaid reflection. After all, he was the only contact I had with Papa John's and that reflects so poorly that all the people in my store at the time said they will never order there. Anyone with any common sense would know not to yell at a customer right off the bat. Apparently, this guy's common sense...

The family wanted late night pizza after the home football game. The pandemic has other pizza joints closing down early...but not Papa John's!!! I was waiting for my order in my truck that I spent $45 on and the little funky delivery driver hit my truck so hard getting his vehicle and when I said something to him about doing it he was SO Rude !!
