When you serve a soft serve ice cream, keep in mind the bottom of the cone is not covered in paper. I was not paying immediate attention when my cone was ready. Rather than getting my attention the employee placed my flat bottomed cone on the aluminum service counter. The counter had several people prior to me leaning and touching this counter. When I was made aware by my guests that my cone was up first. I went to the counter and took my soft serve cone and went outside as I knew my large cone would start to melt right away. When I went to pick the cone up, first I noticed the chocolate coating had dropped all the way down over the paper on the cone so I grabbed many napkins to wrap it around the existing paper, something I think should have been done by the server. This is a casual service observation. I was not thanked for my business and the server seemed rather uninterested in my satisfaction. The store was not busy, other than myself and the three others I was treating with desert. It was when my guests met me outside and we were now in the car I realized the bottom of my cone was not covered in paper, I assume this is by design. I realized the bottom surface had been placed on top of the dirty counter. I think this was both unsanitary, a possible health concern and I discarded my cone one of my favorite parts to eat. Had the employee been half interested in my satisfaction this wouldn't have been a issue. I believe this can be resolved with better employee training. Sounds like I'm whining, I assure you if I was overly upset I would have returned to the coubter. It is my hope that if my review is written this will not happen to other customers. One other point is, and this would be for corporate, I've never received the same amount, more or less, of ice cream when placing a small, medium or large cone on any of my visits. There isn't even anything written for the cut more to know what to expect when ordering the different sizes. We would like to know what to expect when making a choice between price points so we can better decide and know what to expect when ordering a dipped cone. Overall I was underwhelmed with the service I received as another guest of mine didn't get what...
Read moreWe ordered through the drive-thru and then we're told to park around front and wait on our food we waited for over 20 minutes for a very small order that should have taken no time at all. I understand people are shorthanded but why work a drive-thru if you're short staffed and can't even get the food out in a timely manner? It makes no sense. If the short-handedness causes that kind of a problem then perhaps maybe shutting down the dining room area would be beneficial? People inside got their food before we did, and we ordered well before they did. It is absolutely positively not the workers fault it's poor management every job poor management when things like this happen upon everything else that is caused by management. A little off topic we need better choices for our executive branch leadership all the way down to the small businessman. If your skills show that you are not suited for the job after you take the job, then you should no longer have that job. Some people say that I'm wrong for saying such things and that it's a learning experience. I say no, if you're going to be a manager then you should be asking questions be inquisitive learn about your job all aspects of it not just one secluded portion of it before ever moving up in any company or...
Read moreAt first you think oh this is a great deal but then of course you have to upgrade to the blizzard! I can't think of anyone that would want just a sundae...so add that charge. Then the burger is definitely not a man size so add an additional meat patty & the extra charge of that. Hopefully you aren't real thirsty cause that'll be an additional charge if you want the grown up size drink. That $6 meal quickly becomes like $5 more. Quality was ok, jus seemed kind of plain. Had to keep reminding myself it wasn't one of those cheapy chz burgers from mcdonalds with jus mustard & pickle. Oh & chz is extra! I actually requested onions jus so there'd be something on it. Probly got charged for those too lol. I do have to say it was very clean & bright inside. For 3 basic chz burger meal deals w/3 blizzards and one extra blizzard it turned out to be almost $40. Didn't mind the basic burger, just think the price didn't reflect the quality. I would go back if someone else wants to go but I won't be suggesting it...
