I don't think I have EVER given a place one star. ALL of the food was wrong in some way. we ordered a number one sonic burger. combo no cheese extra mayo. a spicy chicken singer combo no pickle add lettuce and tomato. a 6 piece jalapeno poppers and an eight piece cheese stick. it took about 15 minutes to get the food. the number 1 sonic burger had one pickle less than 5 tiny chucks of onion and so little lettuce that it honestly looked like it was put on the burger by accident. it had no mayo (I ordered extra) and it still had cheese. my daughters spicy chicken slinger was actually just a regular chiclen sandwich which they ADDED pickles to. When the car hop came back out she argued that they don't sale a spicy chicken slinger combo when I showed her the receipt that said "spicy chicken slinger combo" she did apologize though and asked what all needed to be fixed we explained that fixed it and came back. we attempted to eat the cheese sticks and jalapeno poppers in the time we were waiting on the sandwhiches but the cheese sticks were not completely done. the poppers were fine though. They corrected my burger but it was kind of cold and as much as I enjoy sonic it just wasn't good. my daughter couldn't even eat her spicy chicken slinger because it had a random or something right through the middle and couldn't be but through. we ended up chunking most of it and eating some McDonald's an hour or so later because we were hungry after not being able to eat. the drinks were correct and the tots were correct but mushy. I normally give places a 2nd chance but I spent over 30 dollars and still jad to buy more food. I will not be going back and would NOT recommend this...
Read moreI frequent this place quite often. Usually the car hops are very sweet, until this visit. First I want to say that Google has this particular sonic being open until midnight. So I was surprised when I pulled up at 15 minutes after 10pm and the lady who took my order stated that the kitchen was closed and they would not make a grilled cheese sandwich. I showed them where it said they were open until midnight and the girl who delivered my order said that Google was wrong and that they close at 11. So i placed my order, which included a milk shake that the sign on the stall next to me clearly stated was half off during certain hours of the night. So when I asked them why I had been charged full price, the girl, who was training another girl, stated that they would not honor that because it was not her fault that they were not allowed to change the signs on the menus even though the promotion had ended almost a week before. The lady who took my order stated it had ended the day before. So I paid full price for my half priced milk shake which was halfway melted when I received it. I went back the next day to order a new Philly cheesesteak sandwich Coney thing that they had been advertising and to my surprise the food that they brought out to me was absolutely disgusting! Read morePulled up at 11:56 Tuesday night (Halloween night.) Didn't know what time you closed, and as I was looking for the drive through hours I was greeting with some half attempt. After I contemplated my order for the next 20 seconds, I asked for an order.
No response.
I waited a good 20 more seconds.
No response.
As I was asking again if anyone was ready to take my order, I hear someone listening by the intercom, then a click and silence.
So I pull around to the window to see if there is something wrong with the drive through system. As I'm being ignored by the staff inside (and several made eye contact with me) I looked up the hours of business online. They closed at 12. Which is fine. But tell me that.
I spent the next 30 seconds or more just waiting to be addressed by anyone. It still was 11:59 by the way. If you are going to close early, that's fine. But at least have the gall to explain to your customer base why or even acknowledge it. Don't ignore me.
I've had too many negative experiences at this location and after tonight I'm done. Y'all are rude, the food is mostly sub par, and half the time my order isn't accurate. Should have written...
