So I just had an excellent experience with this small business on probably the busiest day of the year for florists, Valentine’s Day. I found them online and they were the closest florist to the new Great Wolf Lodge in Perryville, MD. I was bringing four lovely women in my life along with the rest of the family to the lodge for some fun over the holiday. I called on Feb 13th and they still took my order despite my late planning. I put in 4 different orders that were really beautiful and perfect. They also had to deliver it to the Lodge and have them keep it for me. Donna provided the best customer service that I ever received from a florist--personable and heart-felt. I had two funerals in my family and mixed up the dates of the services and Donna worked with me even after it was completely my fault for delivering flowers to a church on the wrong date. I felt totally idiotic, but Donna assured me that all was well and delivered the arrangement to the church a week later on the correct date. I will be telling all of my family and friends in HdG to use Blooms. If you need to buy or send flowers or plants within their delivery area, I highly recommend ordering from Blooms at the Boutique, not from a big box florist. This is what community should be like....
