I had a very disappointing experience with The Ranking Store and felt compelled to share it. I initially signed up for their GBP services based on some positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what was promised.

From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I dealt mainly with Pattric and his team, who initially sounded confident and knowledgeable. However, once payment was made, responses became slower, and any follow-ups on results were either vague or ignored altogether.

The quality of the work was subpar. Listings were either not properly optimized or, in some cases, appeared to be rushed templates with little attention to my business’s actual needs. When I brought up these concerns, I was met with excuses rather than solutions.

It’s frustrating when a service promises growth and visibility, but delivers stress and poor value instead. I really hoped for a professional experience, but sadly, The Ranking Store and Pattric's team did not live up to even the most basic expectations. I won’t be using their services again, and I would caution others to do their homework...
