SCAM!!!!! They never let you leave. I'm a single mom, unemployed because I lost my job during COVID, and full time student struggling to feed my family and they sent my bill to collections to ruin my life. Once you cancel, they still charge you every month.they said they would charge me for an additional 2 months after I canceled, and then the third month came and they tried to keep charging me A THIRD TIME so I had no choice but to cancel my card. I canceled my card so they can stop scamming me and they sent a debt collector after me for 4 months worth. So the "2 month" thing is a LIE!!!!! That's INSANE and they should be ashamed. I was NOT disrespectful, I stood up for myself by posting my true experience and they want to bully me and take money they do not deserve. they were incredibly rude to me and continue to treat my family horribly. They are MONSTERS. They don't stop harassing me. They refuse to waive the fee because they claim I was "disrespectful" and left a bad review. They would rather ruin my credit and my daughter's life instead because of "disrespect". They don't respect my family, they claim to be a family business but they don't care about my family, or yours. So because of "disrespect" Mishel decided my child deserves to go hungry this month so I can pay a fee from 2 years ago that they NEVER sent me a normal bill for, they sent it straight to collections. And they never called me or emailed me to tell me that I owed any money 2 YEARS AGO when I originally canceled, they waited until I lost my job and was struggling to keep a roof over my kids head to send it to collections. but they sure did send me a lot of spam trying to get me to sign up for the gym again and invitations to come back. I have proof. And I understand I "signed a contract" which they relentlessly keep reminding me about as if that matters. I know. I know already. We heard you the first ten times. But newsflash, contracts can be legally broken in California. Contracts are not all-powerful completely legally binding deals in California the way they are in other states. So if you sign a contract with them, DO NOT PAY THEM EXTRA MONTHS!!!! They are manipulative liars and scammers. And they don't understand contracts and laws apparently. So Mishel, I'm SO sorry from the bottom of my heart if my review is "disrespectful" to you, but my child deserves to eat so I will not pay the 2 year old fee you never sent me a normal bill for. Guess what? I'm human too and my child is a human and forcing me to pay a bill instead of feeding my child is inhumane and you're a demon for demanding payment. Are you a human? This is definitely the best gym in the South Bay! Friendly staff and great coaches. They offer classes for adults and children, everything from strength and conditioning classes to self-defense classes like boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu... Since I started in November of last year I have lost 25+ pounds and have packed on muscle too. Part of it goes to my own self-discipline. But special shout out to coach Chris who has helped me reach this achievement, by teaching me proper lifting and exercise techniques along with great diet advice . Also, coach Rafa who has helped with my kickboxing/muay-thai technique and conditioning. The other coaches are really knowledgeable too, I just haven't taken their classes very much yet. The owner Marcus is is a really good guy, and very passionate about health and self-defense. I look forward to continuing to learn from him and to be inspired by him as-well. I can go on for a while on how Systems is a great place. My advice is, sign up for a month and see...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Summer Camp Game-Changer!

Systems Training Center Summer Camp has been an absolute dream for my daughter — and a total lifesaver for me as a parent! From the moment we signed up, I had a good feeling, but this experience has blown every expectation out of the water.

First of all, no screens — can we just take a moment to celebrate that? In a world full of tablets and phones, this camp brings kids back to what childhood should feel like: movement, connection, and FUN. My daughter comes home every day exhausted, happy, and beaming, full of stories about the activities, the friends she’s made, and how much she can’t wait to go back.

She’s learning discipline, gaining confidence, and getting stronger — mentally and physically. As a parent, I truly couldn’t ask for more. I only wish I had found this place sooner.

This camp is seriously a hidden gem, and I hope more families discover it. Sending my daughter here was hands down the best decision...
