Absolutely phenomenal experience! The owner is truly one of a kind—genuinely kind, deeply passionate, and wonderfully open to helping customers explore new flavors. I had placed an order for a few açaí bowls for my family flying in, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She let me schedule a pick-up time so I could soak in the beautiful atmosphere while she worked her magic. To top it off, she offered us a sample of her mango base while preparing our bowls—unreal. Every bite was a flavor explosion.

I originally came in looking for “I Love Açaí” and instead stumbled upon Soft. Let me tell you—what an incredible twist of fate. I’ve never had açaí bowls this fresh, vibrant, and genuinely authentic. I’m not local (in fact, I live more than two hours away), but I would gladly make that drive again just to experience these bowls. Soft is a hidden gem that everyone deserves to discover....

The food itself was mediocre, lacking in flavor and presentation, and fell short of expectations. To make matters worse, the staff got our order wrong the first time. When we brought it to their attention, they corrected it, but did so with a noticeable attitude that made us feel uncomfortable, as though we were inconveniencing them. The situation escalated when the owner approached us mid-conversation, interrupting without so much as an apology. Instead of addressing us respectfully, she abruptly and rudely demanded an explanation for a review we had left, creating an unnecessarily hostile and confrontational environment.
