I’ve been to this shop a few times. The customer service could be better and how the clerk interacts with customers needs to improve. I purchased two puff bar vapes on a Monday. Here it is Wednesday and both are out. This is not acceptable and deems this place unreliable when it comes to their product. When calling back, the gentleman asked if I counted the number of puffs I took because I could have actually used all 800 puffs quoted on both devices.
