Abby at Scrubility in Hawthorne gave superb customer service! She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not only is she knowledgeable about the product, but Abby took the her time out to make sure I received quality service. She made the customer feel valued and showed utmost professionalism. When other customers arrived, I noticed she gave the same quality customer service! I bought 3 scrub outfits and left with one that I didn't even know I would like but Abby recommended it and I loved it!! I am an 8 year RN and Abby made me feel just that! I’m so glad I found this uniform store! There is such a large variety of uniforms for anybody and everybody’s style. But the real bonus is Evelynne! I’m huge on excellent customer service because a person represents the company they work for and Evelynne exceeded that. From the moment I walked in, even though I knew what I wanted, she greeted me with a smile and offer of assistance and that carried over to when I went to pay for my items. Evelynne was not only interested in if I had found what I needed, but interested in me and my hometown of Michigan and my take on living in California. I’ve found my new go-to uniform store! Lastly, if there was ever a truer blueprint for amazing customer service, Evelynne is a perfect and shining example!

Was in need of scrubs for school and had a few choices of stores to choose from in the Southbay area. Scrubility had the best and most reviews so I decided to drive down to its Hawthorne branch to do some scrubs shopping. Walking in the store had plenty of scrubs to choose from. The whole store was organized and clean, and my experience was made even better by Taliyah (did I spell that right?). She was so helpful in making sure I found the pairs of scrubs I wanted. I bought 2 pairs - they were both of very good quality, the other pair rivaling Figs scrubs. My only issue was that some of the scrubs I wanted didn't have my size - it seemed like some were low in stock. I totality I had a great visit and def coming...
