This establishment is a joke. I’ve never encountered such poor business practices on all levels. Even trying to communicate with them is a futile endeavor. We spent days being transferred around and finally, on the third day, they informed us that due to a lack of personnel, they couldn’t assist us. Their personnel shortage is severe, and the ones they do have are incompetent.

The service in person was terrible, and don’t even attempt to contact them on the phone. During our visit, we identified an oven for $4,000 that we wanted to purchase and pick up. After waiting for 1.5 hours for help, we were told that they simply didn’t have enough staff on the floor to assist us. What kind of business has a customer visit with $4,000 in their pocket, identifies an oven after waiting for help, only to go home and measure to confirm its fit, and then never responds again?

We spoke to Daniel and several associates, all of whom simply stated that they didn’t have the time to help us. We ended up purchasing the exact same oven on eBay new in a box for the same price. I would never return to this...
