Why did i get charged 3.99 for each oil when the cashier said they were 1.99 and i went back in and they first said 2.99 then 3.99 and yet not only did you lie but you didnt have any prices up. So instead of making stuff up and over pricing things. Learn your sales and if we are not allowed to do a return for some thing non-alcoholic. First give me my receipt. Then fix your prices. Second dont treat me like your trash because i an not in YOUR nationality. I gave you respect and this is how you treated 2 customers....

Staff is always awesome. If you are a regular in their chances are they will start remembering what you normally get. I have had nothing but great experiences with this place. On a side note they also own the gas station next door and I must say these people are flipping phenomenal. Every time I walk into Phillips I'm treated like I'm a returning friend oh, the food is always on point, and the new modern changes...

Online it says they close at 1:30am...I got there at 1140pm and was told I had to HURRY cause they were closing, they even turned away 2 customers behind me... When I asked the lady about the hours of operation, she responded to me like I was a child and didn't understand the words she was...
