Bianca did an excellent job with my hair. I showed her a few pictures and she got it exactly the way I wanted, and she made sure to check in about length and volume as she was cutting.

It can be intimidating for men sometimes going into a salon because we're not as chatty as women. But at Brush I did not feel out of place. From the cappuccino I was given to the gentle head massage while washing my hair they made an environment where it was easy to relax, and Bianca was great with letting the conversation lapse at times - in general, women relax with talking and men relax with silence, so this was very appreciated. That's not to say we didn't talk at all - Bianca, I hope you achieve your lavender farmgirl dreams! Elise at Brush is the best stylist I've ever had, and so I'm way overdue to leave a review. Over the last three years she has done everything for me from fixing bad layers from another salon to a short 20s bob. I change my hair a lot, and the great thing about working with Elise isn't just that she's incredibly skilled, it's that she is so easy to communicate with that I never have to worry about miscommunication. I can actually RELAX in the chair because I know I've been heard and can expect the result I want. She's always game for whatever I ask for, and I have always gotten exactly that. Haley is an absolute magician! This is hands down the best color I’ve ever had. I wanted to go blonder and she made it happen beautifully without compromising the health of my hair.
