Unfortunately I had to give them a one or I would have given them zero stars or I wouldn't have been able to leave a review I drove an hour and a half to get to their store mind you first time ever in there to get Christmas presents I got a disturbing phone call before I went in and was upset my husband went in before me and found some sunglasses he asked the woman to hold on to them so he could go check on his wife because I was upset in the car 15 minutes later we go back in start to do our shopping and I am literally followed around the store like a criminal after the glasses that they my husband asked them to hold they had put back after 15 minutes and said it's Christmas time we can't hold things I said okay went back and got the sunglasses and continued to look around the store being in there the first time I was browsing through everything every time I turned around somebody was standing behind me watching me like I was a thief I've never been so embarrassed and upset in my life and insulted I am the farthest thing from a criminal and I do my best to help out and pay it forward every day when I don't have much myself I feel very discriminated against and I would like others to know this because I wasn't just treated by one person in the store like this it was everyone mind you I am a professional woman and I don't go anywhere looking bad let alone looking...

I have been to the store several times and always felt like an inconvenience, like there was something the employees would rather be doing. The reason for the one star rating as well it’s because we recently purchased a kayak as “new“ oil to find out that it has definitely been used. There are scratch marks all over the hull. The seat is dirty and there was debris inside the boat. When you are spending close to $1000 on a kayak you expect it to not be beat up.

The reason that we were not able to spot all of this before we purchased it is because the store is so small we were not able to get a good look at it. We had to drive to Zanesville to pick up an additional kayak of the same kind. Seeing the new kayak is what made us realize that the one we had purchased and he was used. Went and bought a pair of carhart bibs a duffle bag and heat holder socks. Got home and realized the socks wasn't in the bag, went bag and the cashier that rang me up wasnt there but another said she would call her . She did and told her she put them in the bag and manager Tom said he checked the camera's but after we paid we walked to another part of the store that he said he couldn't see us, but if she said she put them in there then its on me. My question is why would i be back within 10 mins if we had the socks so i returned everything i purchased and will go elsewhere.
