We visited this park in July 2022. It is a good size park. They do have a swimming pool, an event stage with a grassy seating area, a nice good size playground as well. They have set a side a part of the playground for kids ages 2-5. The construction of the playground is wood. That is nice. I say that because metal heats up. They have a good size parking lot as well. I would sat if you want spend some time at a park to read your book and have the kids run pr of you want to run around a park. I would say go to this one.

I really like visiting memorial park, especially in the summer when they have the band that plays. The only thing that I’m a little unsure of is when I take my children to the kids park and there are people sleeping inside of the slides. The park itself is a great spot for a fun family picnic or group get together, and the kids playground has one entrance and one main exit (unless you count jumping over the fence)

Great park. Wonderful grassy area to enjoy on a sunny day. Wooden playground. I really like how large it is but it is getting worn down. Several spots a board is gone or weak so need to watch the littlest ones extra careful.

This is a great park. Excellent for family picnics, community gatherings, or just to get out of the house. Plenty of grass area, a couple picnic tables, a barbecue and a stage even for events. The kids playground itself is amazing. Funded by donors, it has a unique layout which is both safe and inviting for most school aged children. Its well maintained and landscaped and is also right next to the community splash and across the street from the YMCA and a skate park, also with a Starbucks within walking distance from the playground. Due to its particular convenience, its usually very crowded, even on rainy days or when there is snow. Overall its a...

Memorial park is a nice addition to the downtown area and fairly accessible. I visited in early june. Large, spacious, and complex playground network. The toddler area is a nice touch--allowing the toddlers an appropriate activities area (as big as a regular playground by itself), while bigger kids have a large network of castle-like structures to play on. My kids and I played a lot of tag and hunted each other down with dart guns. Large trees nearby the playground provide shade during the hottest parts of the day. I didn't see any litter. The lawn by the stage was well manicured. It's a little bigger than a...

Its a Good Place To Get Some Shade In The Hot Days Of Summer, The Only Down Side Is That During The Summer Especially This One Its Pretty Crowded There Between The Baseball Games, Pool, Veteran Memorial Suite, Luscious Green Grass, Picnic Benches, The Walking Trail And The Ample Parking Availability. But Before 8 Am And After 6 Pm There Is More Then Enough Parking And Shade Available For Everyone. Just Be Sure To Be Out Of The Parks By 10 Pm Or You Will Earn A Permanent Interest you as A person and the vehicle you drive...It Comes in the Form Of A Cop. If He Catches You in his jurisdiction There After 10 Pm....
