We raise beef on small acreage, one at a time, usually starting with bottle calves. We're able to sell two quarters to friends and save half for our family, (which lasts about two years.) Old Salt Meats did a super job for us last winter. Johnny, Zach and Jason orchestrated each aspect of the butchering process. We appreciate the mobile slaughter for less stress on the animal, as well as it being a very humane way of harvesting livestock. I hope Old Salt can continue this service. The crew was helpful in communicating specific cutting instructions with all customers and dividing quarters out.
