The women who works the front desk and wears glasses with stringy hair is a miserable person. I've had over 10 encounters with this women. Each one worste then the last. This water company sends late notices 4 weeks before the due dates, charges outrageous fees and are so rude when you ask questions about your bill. They shut your water off ON your due date before the end of the Business day! Then charge you an extra $75 to reconnect an account that is NOT even past due!!!!
Their answers are never direct, they even got into trouble by the city counsel for all of there excessive fees and "said" they refunded them but they NEver did.
I truely hate going into this place. Because I know ANY question I ask WOnT be answered and will be met with a an attitude by the tall bitter lady with glasses and stringy hair. Every question she answers with random OLD facts on old bills. For 6 months everytime I asked her a billing questions she would reference a $30 credit they gave my account OVER a YEAR ago! But she would reference it as if it were Recent! And as if that would make my current billing errors ok.... and it wasn't even a credit. The court system found their fees excessive and made them stop over charging people.
Anyway I hate this place. And I hate the rude tall lady with glasses and stringy hair. Horrible person to interact with. She is a coward and can't answer questions directly. She answers questions like Donald trump; no facts just random details and distracting statements that have nothing to do with the errors in my bill and their billing system.
She is not pleasent, professional or even a kind person. She goes out of her way to be unreasonable and defend the water companies errors as if she were the CEO with a vested interest. When I told her what they are doing is illegally she told me to go to the City counsel. She reminds me of Ms. Trunchabul from Matilda only slightly skinnier.
I Hate walking in and seeing her face because I know it will be a bad visit with no direct answers and no solutions or at least common courtesy from her.
Why is customer service so horrible these days? Why are employees not fired for poor attitudes, lying and not doing things properly? Why do employees think they are even allowed to show any form of attitude towards a customer when they are being paid For: Customer service. Bitter front desk lady: your paid to be kind to customers, report accurate information and Answer questions!
