Where do I start?

I recently acquired an interest in comics, and quickly learned that it's a very intimidating hobby to start.. I happened to be passing by and stopped in. I was immediately greeted warmly as I walked in. Asked if I needed anything, but I wasn't ready to talk to anyone, I just kinda wanted to figure it out on my own. Ambrose pointed out a few things, directed me to where the first issues are, and gave me a general layout.

I found a few things I wanted to buy, and made my way up to the counter.. At that point, I was just honest with him, and told him how new I was.. and he couldn't have been more welcoming. After speaking with him, and getting some suggestions, I decided to just plunge in and start enjoying. Not worrying about the "perfect place to start a story" or any of that. I just stroll through the shop, and grab what catches my attention.

Now, I've got about 8 or so comics on my Pull List, and I'm having to drive a different way home from work just to avoid spending all my free time in Diggers!

This place is fantastic. Even for things they don't carry, they'll order it for you. HIGHLY recommend stopping by this place. You won't be disappointed!

This is one of the best comic book stores I've ever purchased from, and I've been to my fair share of them. The owner, Ambrose, is friendly and knowledgeable and offers up great deals and promotions at the shop. He also can help you track down that comic you want for your collection at a great price.
