Our company has had issues with our previous phone system. We reached out to Dave Reeves, who came out and performed a site investigation and provided us a quote, and were informed of a 3CX phone system. We decided to switch our entire phone infrastructure and had Reeves install and set up! The phones are excellent. The software is excellent. The installation was exceptional - Austin was the Technician on site and he took the challenging install head-on and was excellent. I bless these guys for there patence with me. PC went dead this summer and even though there was no help for me, they still took a moment to look at it anyways. Reeves IT successfully replaced my MacBook Pro battery recently, which is a somewhat delicate task. It's my primary work device, so I couldn't afford to be without it very long. We scheduled a time that was convenient and they got it on the bench right away when I dropped it off. I was able to pick it up later the same day and get back to work.
