I know this review is late, but I just wanted to share my experience I had living at Aspire.
Me and my wife were looking for an apartment on the Southside of town and we found Aspire from visiting one of their other properties. We were so glade to visit the property because they were just finishing the first building. So everything was brand new and we got, in sense, first pick. When we saw the apartment we new immediately we wanted to rent here. Everything was nice, clean, and quiet. We immediately put our deposit that same day. The apartment was definitely an upgrade from where we were coming from. We knew for this location we were gonna pay a higher rent, but it was worth it.
Krystal and her team took care of us right from the beginning. We can't say nothing but great things about the management here. They are professional, patient, and kept communication throughout the process.
Throughout our year and a half of living here and being on the first floor, it was great. We knew living in an apartment we'd expected to hear noises through the walls, but we hardly heard any noise in our one bedroom apartment. Every now and then we'd hear footsteps upstairs but that's wasn't often.
We like that there were car port covers for all your vehicles regardless of how many vehicles you had. Other apartments only allowed one covered car port per renter which sucks during the summer. The apartment is also gated which kept strangers out and when we lived there they just installed the gates so they weren't functioning properly but still a plus for a gated community.
Rooms were very spacious and access to pool and other amenities were easy enough and safe because you had a key fob to enter into buildings.
Another great addition they added when we lived there was the Amazon lockers. It was cool to know that you could have your items delivered safely and picked up on your free time.
We really enjoyed not having any issues with plumbing, water, or HVAC the whole time we lived here. Everything worked as expected and any issues we had they come out to fix it right away which was like only one missed grout lines on some times when they built it.
Another concern living in an apartment was possible infestation of pest/insects. However, when we were there only once did we ever encounter this and it was only a scorpion on our bedroom wall. Ever since then, we didn't see any after that and this was after living there already for a little over a year. Aspire had already began pest control treatment when we saw the scorpion. I think it was introduced when the palm trees were planted and before we left, we began to hear that scorpions were in the apartments further in the back. So hopefully this has been controlled now.
Overall, I'd recommend Aspire to anyone looking to live in a nice gated community with lots of development going on...

Aspire is a beautiful community in a quiet area that should attract people of all ages. People who are well into their careers, just starting, or veterans ... Who can afford the rising costs of living, should look here when renting. I viewed many places and made my final choice to live here. I have been generally happy with my choice!
Tyfanni was the person who helped me get here. She was communicative from start to finish, and always made me feel like I had a home to go to. She's extremely helpful and made my move in process very easy. Even after moving in, she always speaks to me when I'm in the lobby grabbing my packages from Amazon, and that makes me feel wanted to be here. Also, Sasha and Kristin are amazing as well. I finally met them both, and they are so nice and engaging when you're around the lobby area. They, too, are always hard at work making sure things are running smoothly.
Maintenance is also very good. When you put in work orders, they come running. My orders are always done within 24-48 hours from placing. Daniel is the one i have seen the most. He is super nice and always on the go getting things done. I'm giving you guys a shout-out for being here. ๐๐พ
Generally, it is quiet and not much going on. There are many amenities showcased in the lobby areas such as the decently sized gym, gazebo seating areas, coffee and lounging, business center, rooftop clubhouse, 24/7 pool and hot tub that I hardly ever see being used, but it is open, and are available for tenants who want fresh air outside of their homes. There are many events hosted that bring people together to mingle and make friends with those who live around here. The amenities are plentiful outside of your unit, and makes you want to get out to enjoy them since you are indeed paying for them in the cost of rent. There's also a walking trail next to the community that takes you all across henderson- not even joking. You can easily get a great workout from it without even trying. The scenery is GORGEOUS, and deserves to be explored more.
Did I mention the units are indoors? Yayyyyy, no such thing as freezing or burning to death trying to open your door or strangers loitering around. You need a code to get in, which goes to show safety and security are priorities here. I am half and half with the open parking situation, but I've never had an issue and consistently have parked close enough to get to my vehicle with ease. Garages are available for those who want to cough up the extra dough ๐ฐ.
Overall, I have been generally happy since my move in! I recommend this spot if you want a luxury living for a...
ย ย ย Read moreThis apartment complex is definitely going downhill. Here's why:
1.) Aggressive cost-cutting: They're now charging a $45/month community fee that nobody asked for. It's merely to extract additional profits. They say it's for "community events", but it's not nearly as much as what they're collecting. It's literally ice cream and wine around once a month.
Additionally, just today, they did Gestapo-like checks of every single unit and implemented lower water pressure in all of our sinks. My guess is so that they can save on water while also maintaining the same billing that they charge to tenants.
Prior to this, they also announced that they're hiking utility bills. They are finding every way to squeeze more money. It's really a horrible look.
2.) Safety hazards: Building 1 has had a sewage smell for the longest time. Even Deysi, the front desk receptionist, will likely agree because she's literally there all day smelling it. The smell leaks into the gym area, which makes it impossible to work out without the constant smell of sewage and bad air.
3.) Lack of maintenance: The hot tub area has been out of service for quite some time. There's foam building up. They cut off heating to it recently. Now they're going to do maintenance on it for at least 1.5 months. It doesn't take that long to fix. They're just looking to cut costs
It really hasn't been this bad until around earlier this year. It's likely due to new management. I'm not looking to renew my lease here for all the above reasons.
My response to the Owner below:
"We appreciate your understanding of the importance of community events and hope that they continue to be a source of enjoyment for our residents."
My point was that the community events were an excuse to bill the residents more. You're collecting $45 from every unit per month. Given that there is 285 units, that's $12,825 (285 x $45) revenue. You're spending around $500 in the community events per month. So the apartment is profiting an extra $12K per month. This is not about fostering community; this is about making additional profits. To say otherwise is gaslighting.
"Our team is committed to providing a comfortable living environment for all residents, and we apologize for falling short in this instance."
This is not an isolated incident. If it were, I would not be posting this review. This is a recurring pattern that started since the beginning of the year with...
