I bought a bracelet and it lasted about 6 weeks. I went to the store to try to have it repaired or replaced NOT FREE! I dropped it off with my phone number on Sunday and when the owner returned my call THIS is what I received. This is an un edited conversation via text: note, they even wrote in the text below it would last at least a year. I had it 6 weeks. I left the bracelet there so THEY got the freebie. Very rude owner and no excuse to treat a returning customer this way. BTW it wasn’t 15.00 it was 35.00.

INDY. If it’s not taken off daily it’ll break eventually. That’s just regular wear & tear on these bracelets. Water wears them down too

You wanted a freebie & I didn’t offer one. I don’t offer returns or exchanges as listed in my shop. I’m not even sure who this is so I don’t know what you’re expecting. I’m just a small business here. Not a big corporation. My bracelets are fine after 1 year of wearing them. I’m sorry you’re disappointed but this is a 2-3 month old bracelet. If it were a week I would have absolutely gave you a new one. But it’s older.

First of all, I’m not a huge crystal fan, but this place sold me! The jewels and crystals are fairly priced and they had a huge selection to chose from. I bought a rose quartz bracelet and it fits comfortably and isn’t made of cheap materials. Also, the packaging is so cute!!! The building is quite small for a crystal shop but the owners absolutely made the best with what they got! On all sides are tables or shelves decked out with amazing products and in the middle is a shelf that houses a ton of more products; Amazes me. Definitely would recommend to any local crystal, jewelers, or sage fanatic or enjoyer. Also I love supporting locally owned small businesses so this was a great experience! This place was a little whole in the wall that I felt really lucky to find. My husband and I stumbled upon Water Street as Vegas Locals who had hardly ever stepped into Henderson, and decided to walk around. We ended up at the very end of the nice area when I saw a sign that said crystal shop. This place did not look like much from the outside, but as I got closer I saw a cute little area with little fairy gardens and stuff on the front that enticed me in. We walked inside, and it was so cool. Crystals, everywhere. Incense, lots of cool gifts and decorations and coffee cups, etc. The staff was very friendly and chill, and they seemed to have a real passion for crystals.
