We went for a family dinner on 8/26/25 at around 7:30pm. We sat on the right side as you walk in the entrance down the aisle all the way in the corner on the left side of the restaurant. I'm providing these details because we did not catch the waitresses name. Just incase management chooses speak with the employee about the matter. The service from our waitress was beyond awful!! We sat awhile before being serviced and when she did come to the table she was very rude and didn't offer us any kind of decent customer service the entire time. We honestly felt like she was irritated and we were bothering her when we asked for anything. Upon us wrapping up dinner I asked her for a bowl of Toscana soup and bread sticks to go and her response was its gonna be a minute because I'm busy. I was shocked and offended! As if I'm not a paying customer myself, her customer at that. She then came back and put bread sticks and an empty to go bowl on the table, turned and walked away very quickly not saying a word. I was confused but wasn't trying to wait another 20 mins for her to come back and ask for the soup for the second time. I just paid the bill and we left. I'm leaving this review to hopefully catch managements attention so this waitress can be held accountable and maybe get proper training on what good customer service should look like. Olive Garden should want staff that represents their chain in the best way. They should want all customers to leave with a wonderful experience and nothing less. When people are spending their hard earned money at your establishment the least you could do is make sure the staff you hired is representing your restaurant in a positive way. In my opinion-Don't hire people that clearly don't want to work there because the customers can feel it!! I unfortunately will not be returning to this location...
Read moreThought maybe I would try this place again. It has been over a year since I've been at an Olive Garden. I know the food here is basically Americanized and not very authentic, but this visit was beyond disappointing food and service wise. It seemed that everything was extra salty. I thought it was me at first, but talking with my dinner guests later on confirmed what I felt. Portions were smaller than what I remember, and not very tasty. I ordered the soup, breadsticks and salad. The soups were super salty and watery with the exception of the minestrone soup, which had very little broth and was mostly pasta and beans. Our waiter was very rushed even though there were hardly any other tables seated. He took the salad away from the before we were finished, and also removed the breadsticks. I felt it should have been left on our table, especially since I ordered the salad soup and breadsticks for dinner. I just hate when servers are harsh and unengaging with you until they bring the bill and show their pleasant engaging smiley side. I guess that's when they realize the tip is coming? He really didn't deserve the amount of tip he got. Other dishes ordered were fettuccine, which was super dry with hardly any cream sauce at all, and lasagna, which was so salty, my dinner guests couldn't even finish it. Although the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was inviting, we would have preferred our food to taste better, and our service less harsh. This was a convenient and quick place to grab a bite to eat before a movie in the same area, however, I don't imagine I will be visiting this location again anytime soon. I was so disappointed to spend what I did for food that wasn't great and service that could have been...
Read moreThis was only my second time dining at Olive Garden, but I had friends in town who are vegetarians and needed a simple, pasta-and-salads-centric menu with low gluten options and they specifically asked to come here. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the AYCE salad bowl - greens and veggies were ice cold, fresh and crisp - dressing was a good balanced vinaigrette. The minestrone soup was very good, lots of vegetables and a well seasoned tomato broth base. But our waiter was in the top 3 of all time I've ever had! He was pleasant and charming, very articulate and knowledgeable when we asked questions about menu items. He handled our order's timings perfectly so that a fourth party who arrived late got her hot food along with us in just a couple minutes, and she had a salad plate brought immediately so she didn't miss out, We never had to ask for drinks or bread sticks refills, he checked on our table about every 10-12 minutes and brought them, along with napkins, extra Parmesan for salads and pastas and whatever else we needed but hadn't even thought to ask! He got a 50% tip on an $85 bill for 4 and deserved every penny of it. I must say I was impressed.. I've sorely missed and mourned the closing of Soupplantation/Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, and the Olive Garden AYCE salad option was a great dish. I'd come back for that alone when I need such a salad. Is it authentic Italian food? No, but its Americanized Italian dishes are a a very good option and I enjoyed their food as such. I'll be suggesting a return trip with my husband as we love soup and...
