Green Valley Grocery — Local services in Henderson

Horrible service. First they sold me alcohol with out asking for ID and I get asked for id for every other establishment I've ever purchased alcohol in. The store clerk was the most rude person I've ever dealt with in a convince store or any store. I purchased and 6 pack of beer advertise at $6.99 and noticed that the cashier rang it in at $8.99. I asked for a refund and wanted to return the product before walking way from the counter and was rudely told that I had to leave the store and take it up with a manager in the morning. This is a classic case of bate and switch. I asked again if I could have my money back and was told to get out of the store. I called metro but was told that they don't deal with consumer problems. I paid cash and simply wanted my cash back when I was charged a price other than the advertised price. As a local business owner and repeat customer of this establishment I feel cheated and insulted by the inappropriate actions of the clerk. I asked for his name and was told to get out of the store again. The store clerk working at 11pm on December 8th 2013 was is the reason why I will never shop at this store again. The female clerk Angel is extremely disrespectful we avoid having to go into this location at all costs solely due to her and driver to one further down the road. We made the mistake of thinking she might not be working but no such luck. She had the nerve to tell my wife she’s “too fat to be ordering so many snacks”. valley grocery... Soliciting is Illegal in certain aspects, AS a reminder it's not when entertained by the governing body like the Great State of Nevada.
