Went to this store this a.m. BAD mistake but I learned better. Marty their cashier gets in a hurry hitting bottons on register too fast. She supposedly rang up two discount flowers BUT hit garden mums $14.98. So here come office person he had to correct her mistake. Because she hit wrong button!!!!This has not been only time she's done such. Then young guy bagging starts mashing my Towne house pies while she was trying to ring up. I told him please do not mash my pies please!!!!.So at end I told her credit no cash back!! God only knows what she hit because she says I don't know what up. So.. we went out. Here comes two men you need to rerun the card. So in I go. Funny it works when he did it BUT he was not hitting buttons out of blue. So got home. Called store mgr on lunch the man in office gives me Brevard store. They gave me district mgr number. People need to be trained not half trained. Shame on their trainers. I would grade minus trillion if it would let me. They need to train Marty and bagger. They humiliated me AND they lost a customer from all savmors plus since they are part of Ingles it's doubtful I will ever go in Ingles again either all because of gotta just punch buttons and mr pie masher. Plus everyone will know exactly just how customers are treated. I am just done with half way working nowadays. Give a man a days work for a days pay or don't waste their time.Too many wasting their bosses...

Great as always prices could be a little lower but it is convenient. They are great people if you have a problem with any thing you purchase they always try to make it right for their customers.... Pros: well stocked, smaller store so easier to navigate, relaxed atmosphere - no one‘s going to try and run you down in the isles because you’re not moving fast enough, lol!
