The worst store ever brought to the hermitage location. Purchased a new couch made it very clear I didn’t and wouldn’t buy used, they displayed a new sectional. When they delivered it, it had a large rip in the back of the sofa the driver stated “ we took pictures of the tears in the back of the sofa assuming you wasn’t aware of it as they have you marked down as purchasing it new” stated by Sam the driver they refused to replace the sofa but charging full priced for a new sofa. They are a rip off I talked to upper management they pretty much lied and said the couch was purchased used and avoid replacing and or exchanging. Highly recommend not doing any business with these people and or any business with Jack!

Husband got a TV a while back. We had some life issues happen, I had to stop working. We had other bills of course, so the first thing to go back was the tv.
Now that our financial situation is stable again, we decided to get a washer/dryer set, because ours is a busted piece of junk.
They refuse to give us anything but the same exact, broken washer we already own. Why? We backed out of the TV. Forget that they've already made thousands off of us.
Apparently you don't lease it...you buy it or else! I miss the old GM.
EDIT: Just spoke with another store at Customer Services suggestion. This Aaron's store listed the TV that we returned as a CHARGE OFF. Excuse me what? You have the TV! I'm filing a complaint...
   Read moreAaron's policy to customers: if you ask for 2 months to work with you we will refuse to work with you on your 3rd visit to the store and ask if we did what you asked we will tell you no and then when you tell us to pick up our merchandise we will then try to argue with you and we will try to make you do what we want and when you refuse to work with us as we refused to work with you we then say "we won't do anymore business with you" to me this is bad business but of course it's easier to blame the customers then admit when they are in the wrong rude people will keep their jobs because of this policy
