I give them a 3 star and I’m feeling generous today or maybe my experience are lower. I catch attitude from the people working the counter and let’s face it they are supposed to be the ones with the auto mechanics knowledge I’m simply the customers trying to explain what I need. When they continue to tell a person that’s not out when they have ed never seen the part in question. Regardless when you tell people they don’t know what they are talking about and it turns out that I’m having to return items often there it doesn’t seem like they know their job. I went to get a new battery for my car a few months ago. I walked right up to the first counter and the employee was ready to enter the information to find my new battery. She was very kind and helpful. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

Had to get a new battery for my car and another establishment near by said they could not do it. Came here and they took care of me in less than 15 minutes, if that. Matthew was great and looking over everything and switching my battery out...
