Please read.... Cement cutter rental BAD Apex Rental experience. I used the blade to much to cut cement and I was chard fir half of a new blade $150.00. I was asked to tike my blade or leave it there. I took it. So mad. Never again. FYI- but a cement cuttings blade from Amazon and then turn in their so so don't get charged. The company measure how much blade you use to make you pay for the new blade for the company at half price. We used 50 percent and a new blade cost $300.00. I was charged $150.00 EXTRA. Who ever this Rep called said the blade was a used blade and not for the $26.00 charge. Such rip off. Making VA complain to the Better Business Beauro. Can't believe this company takes advantage of this pandemic. My rep was Mexican/ American a Latino man and still didn't help. Disgusted with Apex Rentals. The rental person did not even put on the blade, and it was wabling while cutting and the pull start broke. Protect yourself and ask many questions please. We finished our job with and extra bill of $150.00..... JERKS...

Told me I could rent a trailer and tractor, pulling it with my truck. Got there and one employee told the other that I had expired registration. I told them I had new registration paperwork. They proceeded to tell me the location ( New Berry Springs was to far now and that I needed a 3,000 dollar deposit for a Kubota tractor. Maybe they’re just Racist, because there same Hesperia location, I called after and then they said over the phone the distance was okay and my registration was no issue, and $700 dollar deposit.Then he pulled up on his computer that I had attempted to rent at there other location then proceeded to ask for 3,000 deposit again. When I asked why if he told me over the phone there was no issue. Then told me he’d not rent...

I visited this location to rent a tractor and was denied service without a valid explanation. The supervisor’s behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and appeared discriminatory. I was not the only one affected—other customers present also expressed concern.

Additionally, the prices advertised do not match what they actually charge, which is misleading and unacceptable.

This experience reflects a serious lack of customer service, transparency, and accountability. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business at...
