I pre ordered an hour in advance- never had problems or complaints here before. I arrived about 10-15 min early because usually itās ready right on time if not before. Waited about 10-15 past the pick up time today though and I pre ordered a custom made for olives, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, jalapeƱo and green peppers with extra cheese š AND thereās barely any toppings besides the green ones, which look like they were thrown on top after microwaved because they are not melted into the pizza like you would normally see. The toppings were still real hard which is now understandable because the dough is not cooked thoroughly. Thereās barely any sauce for flavor, I expected better with it costing $20! Iāve ordered this before and it was perfect and delicious. I do not know what happened here and I normally do not complain or leave reviews but this is definitely a time itās necessary. I wonāt be returning to this location anymore based on this experience. (If your going to do a job or task do it right otherwise what is the point in wasting...

But it should not take over an hour to get a pizza because the staff refuses to use the technology that speeds up the process. Their phone app is outstanding, and their pickup portal is brilliant! It makes no sense to stand in a line out the door to pickup an order and the portal helps avoid the lines. EXECPT IN THIS CASE. The staff in their infinite wisdom chose to NOT use the portal for my online order and I waited 40 minutes in that crowded space for it to show up it the portal!!! My pizza was ready and we'll past cold BECAUSE I unlike their staff stayed on script and followed directions.
When I figured out they were not handling my ONLINE order according to the online process and asked at the counter, the girl behind the counter only made it worse my making me feel like a fool for being a customer. It was their error, not mine.

But with one exception..ordered breadsticks with the marinera..YUP!!...NO marinera..ordered to try the m&m brownie..YUP!!...NO brownie..I'm in limbo here ..wait to get ur order kinda right or get most of ur order ready on time.??? I've tried calling aswell..but NO ONE ANSWERS?? Can I get my order as I ordered it...
