If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized, and shady place I think Iāve come across in this area. I went in the other day to purchase a twin mattress for my daughter. She needed a new bed. I went in and knew exactly what I wanted. I went in and there were two individuals there in the store. There were no other customers. They both looked at me, a male and female. The female was on the cell phone and began to walk away and I had to walk up to the gentlemen at the desk and then he proceeded to greet me. He showed me two twin mattresses and I asked my daughter which one she wanted. She chose and I proceeded to purchase. He never asked me any questions on delivery or preferences of any kind and had assumed I was going to pick it up. I then said I wanted it delivered, then he told me he had to charge me 25.00 fee for delivery. Which was ok, but why was that not mentioned earlier? Then he told me they get the mattresses the next day after 3pm, and it would be delivered the next day after 3. I said perfect. The next day by 1pm the manager Hannah called me to confirm drop off of my mattress for the next day. I told her there was a misunderstanding since I was told I was getting the mattress that day. She said no, they donāt deliver on Wednesday. I run my own business and value appointment setting. This place is now costing me my way of life because I cannot work due to them running around with my purchase and not delivering on their promises. Iāve had to cancel appointments of my own and rearrange so they can drop off my purchase and I can go on with my life. This mattress is now costing me more money than what itās worth. Now Iām sitting here waiting for them. Hannah the manager told me it would be here by one. It is now 3 and I have work tonight. I have been calling and Hannah told me they would call with an eta for delivery an hour and a half ago. I have been calling the place and now the phone goes straight to voicemail and I cannot get through!! These people are ridiculous!! Do not buy from them unless you want ugly horrible customer service, with a manager who does not want to help her customers. This place is a joke....

I was not asked to change my review. The reason I changed it is because they actually went above and beyond to make it right; including a full refund when I didn't find anything I loved to replace my initial purchase with. He didn't try to convince me that it was the same color as the photo I ordered from. He agreed it was off alot from the picture. Policy is store credit. Its right on the paperwork so I didn't expect that.
He pulled every catalog they had and after a few flips through them, as he patiently waited, I found one that I think will do nicely with a steel top. It was about 48% more originally but I was given a deal that I felt was extremely fair that I could live with.
He asked for a chance to make it right and in the end what more can you ask for? The difference between a good company and a bad company isn't that they don't have issues; it is the good company that takes care of their issues.
This small company handled my compliant promptly and with grace and dignity- I was not a happy camper but now I will definitely go back and get this cool reasonably priced comfortable bed that does tricks lol. I believe in supporting small local businesses. I forget they are often overworked. I will be back and would NEVER hesitate to recommend them to anyone. PS I am a handful...........

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is a rip-off! I have had nothing but problems and the manager has no desire to fix any of them. In fact, I am not even able to speak to him! After purchasing a couch and recliner for $1200 the couch broke after 3 uses. After a few weeks and poorly planned appointments, the couch was replaced, although the delivery guys were nice enough to stain my carpet with oil on their shoes...And Then ...the same side had issues and the company had the audacity to to tell me, without looking at it, that it was too close to the wall and not broken. As far as I am concerned, the company is a joke, its sad because it was highly recommended . Hannah tries but her boss isn't interested in the customer. They will be reported to the BBB and I hope no on else is slighted by their disregard to sell a quality product.
Adding on because its been about a month since the owner came to my house, determined the couch wasn't "broken" but didn't work properly. Said he would get back to me with options and feedback from the manufacturer and never did.
Needless to say, I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and hope no one else ever wastes their money on this cheap furniture. They do not care once your transaction is complete.
UPDATE: Months after the complaint with BBB, the owner reached out to help fix this issue. Although he wasn't able to offer a couch that worked or a full refund, he did offer a partial refund which is appreciated. Not the solution I would prefer because I still have a malfunctioning couch but I appreciated...
