Valvoline Instant Oil Change — Local services in Hesperia

Major disappointment! After a third person referred me to this place I decided to give it a try. Service WAS fast, multi point inspection and affordable. The staff was cool, helpful and pretty knowledgeable. They also offer discount coupons from what I hear. Now for the bad; they have one job to do here, one job and one job only and that's oil changes, how do you mess that up? I drive 2 miles back home and park my vehicle in the driveway, I wake up the next morning and I notice oil everywhere. I open the hood and see a mess, I look under the vehicle and there's oil everywhere. While the hood is open I check the brake fluid, coolant and windshield fluid all of which they said they inspected and topped off which they didn't. I check the oil to make sure my car is safe to drive and I see that it's already black, in only a two mile drive, which doesn't happen.. ¡¡¡AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE MY ENGINE IS NOW TICKING WHICH IS NOT A GOOD SIGHT!!! Anyway, drove back to Valvoline, they removed, inspected and reinstalled the oil filter now I'm waiting to set off it continues to leak. Now I'm going back to Valvoline for a third time and I can guarantee you they won't help at all with the ending ticking. I know cars and it's a very bad sight when your engine ticks after an oil change... Disappointed to say the least. My car requires 5.5 quarts of 0W-20, 100% synthetic oil. I came into this station for an oil change as I have many times before. This time there was a new employee. First they inserted some sort of suction to pull the oil up through the dipstick tube. They got 2 quarts and I questioned why. Only after I asked dd they tell me the suction tube was a new device to prevent damage to the drain plug. Makes sense if it works. The guy below the car didn't know what was happening so he drained the oil the regular way, through the drain plug. Once they got that figured out, the new guy pumped 4.2 quarts of 10W-30 regular motor oil. Only reason I noticed is because I asked why so little had been pumped. Another employee had the oil drained and the correct oil pumped into the car. Had I not caught this, my car may have been seriously damaged. They were in too much of a rush, used one computer screen for two cars, and were not paying attention. I'll not go back to this...

This place is ridiculous no cap not even lying. I went in for a simple oil change that cost over 100$ and I drive about 2-3 miles from the place and my car starts smoking and whole hose comes off now all my coolant is everywhere. I never had an issue with none of this until I left today from getting this oil change . Yes during the inspection they said I had a coolant leak and asked if I ever had that before or if my car is overheating and I told him “No” I have never had that issue or any leak like that I jst got tha car a month ago. I call back 20-30mins after I leave the place to tell them what’s going on because one of the worker said “if anything happens bring it back we’ll check it out for free” but no now no one can help it’s my fault cause they told me there was a leak during when I told them I never had that issue.
