KFC — Restaurant in Hesperia

Just left this store never again will I return. They refused to do two separate at the drive through. So I said I would come inside I could the attend laughing and saying she's coming in. I came inside with my sister placed my order and then told the cashier my sister is hanicapped and does math a little slower he said ok and helped her the only person that was descent in that place. keep in mind I can hear the manger and everyone still talking in the back even worse they are laughing at my handicap sister who paid in cash and I paid with a card. When I asked for the cooperate number the cashier went to the manager and asked for it you can hear her yell tell her to read the receipt it's on there he tells her no it's not. She then comes up and said well she should know it it's 1-800-call-kfc then grabs the receipt and writes it I ask for her name and the drive thro attends name and she replies you can have mine but you don't need hers I said yes I do! She said that's my employee and I don't want to give it to you I don't have too. I asked since when do you not take two orders at drive through she said forever but it doesn't matter it's her policy and she's the manager keep in mind she is only the shift manager didn't wanna give any other managers names out not even district. As she is telling me all this she's laughing at me and the other employees staring through the back window. My sister still standing by me almost in tears because she's embarrassed about her handicap. I continue to try to get any information for her and she continues to brush it off and laugh then stops and said I'm done have a good night then walks to the back leaving me at the counter trying to get her to come back. I have never been so disrespected in my life. To the point is that I was in tears for the utter slap in the face and my sister feeling horrible...

Drive thru... Ordered the three piece, all white meat, extra crispy meal box with two sides and a medium drink. The chicken was two "huge" breasts and a meaty wing. This meal had mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw (my specific choices) as well as a biscuit. Dr. Pepper was my drink choice. The picture is the meal (coleslaw is under the mashed). I have slightly larger than average man sized hands. The single piece of chicken breast FILLED my hand, both pieces individually. I was amazed at the portion size!!! The chicken was perfectly prepared; tender and juicy inside, and crispy outside. THE BEST KFC MEAL I EVER PURCHASED!!! The entire meal came in at just under $15 and was quite the value. Drive thru service was efficient...

Horrible service lazy people don’t want to make what on menu Cassandra acts as manager refused service because I wouldn’t park up front said if I didn’t move she wouldn’t serve me there was only by one car and i went around and let him get his food she called police and they asked me to leave without her giving me my refund she said i had to take it up with coorporate this is not the first time they dont want to make menu items she said we don’t have breast only leg n thigh I said well can u make it and I think why she was upset this is unacceptable I will be taking this to corporate and requesting my refund horrible place and lazy employees had she not been on a power trip and made my food she argued with...
