I surprised my mom tonight, 6/20/25, and invited her to the new location on 49 street. The waitresses and waiter were delightful and very helpful. Everyone carried themselves with grace and their attention to detail while reviewing the menu items with my mom, really is spectacular customer service. I applaud the comfort and relaxed setting they bring to this establishment. I ordered desserts, sandwiches, empanadas, and a selection of meats to take home. The Crème brûlée is delicious and smooth. The spicy beef/egg, spinach, and prosciutto/cheese empanadas are chef's kiss. If an empanada option is not available, they offer cook to order while you wait. Now the moldy crème brûlée crossiant... after cutting it open, I drove back to the restaurant, and I live near MIA. When I approached the staff, they seen I returned with some boxes, and the waiters circled around to see. Their reactions to the mold were honest disappointment. The staff then approached the manager, whom was unbothered, never made eye contact with me, and she told the waitress to just offer a replacement. I kindly refused and waited for the refund. I am Servsafe certified. I take pride in cooking and serving. I've served 300 kids daily and everyone deserves a clean meal. If an item has gone under temperature, toss it. Why risk it? Food prep is hardwork, everyone has a boss to report too, and it's usually the higher management who make the call to remove an item. I don't trust many places, look into your local restaurant inspections, your school kitchens, a lot of people should not work with food, and it's difficult to find people who care. One moldy item on a plate of six is a big problem. That manager didn't ask anyone to remove the other items. I watched from my vehicle and those items stayed on display. While customers were dining in. First and last visit for me. I really wanted this visit to be great. FYI: There are scrumptious apple crossiants in Doral and outstanding morning buns on Ponce de Leon :) Wishing you all clean and happy meals 😋

The food was really good, it was my first time eating here. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 star was our waitress wasn’t great. She wasn’t mean or anything but we just had to repeat a few items. The place is a little on the pricey side but the food was tasty and the location has a nice easy going vibe.

I’ve been a loyal customer of the Weston location for over 10 years, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience at this one.

I ordered a decaf cappuccino, and despite trying twice, it was made incorrectly both times. They kindly issued a refund, which I appreciated.

However, when I later went to make a purchase at the Mercado, the same person who had handled the refund (who I believe is the manager or assistant manager) began discussing schedules with another employee instead of completing my transaction first. I found this a bit unprofessional, especially since I was still being attended to.

I hope this feedback helps improve the service...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked into Grazianos, my parents and I were greeted with warmth and professionalism. We come here like 2-3 times a week! The service is truly outstanding — every waiter is attentive, kind, and make sure our experience is nothing short of perfect every time I come here. The food? Absolutely delicious! You can taste the quality and love in every dish. And a special shoutout to Manager Alberto, who runs the place with excellence and genuine hospitality. His leadership is reflected in the entire team. If you’re looking for a top-tier dining experience, Grazianos is the...
