I remember when I was about to turn fifteen, I spent so much time dreaming about my special day and how it would be captured forever. I looked at several photography locations, and this company seemed PERFECT. My mother and I even sat down with the OWNER HIMSELF, who assured us that he would personally take amazing pictures and create a memorable video. He spoke so confidently, and we trusted him completely.
The day of my fifteens—a day I had been waiting for my whole life—the owner did show up with two additional people. At first, everything seemed fine, and I was excited. However, when I finally picked my pictures for my album, I was DEVASTATED. The results were incredibly disappointing. There were barely any good pictures of me in my big dress—a dress that was so sentimental and important to me. The photos didn’t capture the beauty or joy of the day; instead, they looked rushed, POORLY composed, and lacked the care I expected from a professional.
To make matters worse, they never contacted me to pick up my video or albums. I had to call them multiple times, practically BEGGING for updates. When I finally picked up my video, I was HEARTBROKEN. I literally cried because of how HORRIBLE it was. It looked as though someone slapped a cheap filter on it and called it a day. It was far from the professional, high-quality production they HAD PROMISED.
I went back not once, but THREE times to ask them to fix the video. Each time, they handed me the same POORLY done version, with no improvements whatsoever. After my third visit, I had to get a bit aggressive just to get a response. Eventually, they handed me a USB and blamed the issue on my TV. But when I played the USB on other devices, it was the same awful video. It was clear that they simply didn’t care.
What hurts the most is that my parents paid THOUSANDS of dollars for these services—money they worked so hard to save to make my special day perfect. Instead, we got below average pictures, an UNUSABLE video, and a completely disappointing experience. They promised us something amazing, and what we got was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE.
Looking back, I should have left this review a while ago, but after recently watching the video again, it brought back all the PAIN and frustration I felt during the process. This company FAILED ME, my family, and the trust we placed in them. The owner himself, who promised so much, completely let us down with the JOKE of a video and photos we received.
What’s even more frustrating is seeing this company with so many positive reviews. After my experience, it’s hard to believe those reviews are genuine. They are either fake or paid for because my experience was so far from what’s described in those reviews. It feels like they use those reviews to lure customers in, but the reality is completely different.
This place is a SCAM. They are only INTERESTED IN your MONEY and do not care about delivering on their promises. If you’re considering their services, I URGE you to look elsewhere. You deserve a company that VALUES your memories and PUTS REAL EFFORT into preserving them, NOT ONE THAT LEAVES YOU WITH...
Read moreMy first visit to Bella Quinces was NOT the best! I had known about this place before due to their TV show and I was very excited to bring my cousin so she could find her quince dress. March 16, 2024 I set an appointment and traveled from Naples, Fl (which is not a 5/10 minute drive) just so we could have the belle quince experience. We were greeted in by a lady and she confirmed our appointment but gave us no directions as to what to do after checking in. My cousin, her mom, and my sisters started looking for dresses when another lady came to check if we had an appointment and claimed she was going to help us but ended up talking with another employee. We walked around and found a couple of dresses but still had no guidance as to what to do after finding a dress, we had assumed since it was an appointment we’d have someone helping us but we were WRONG. After an hour of waiting we finally got help by an employee named Maryann, Maryann told us my cousin could only try on 3 dress which was understandable. My cousin showed her a couple of dresses she liked and she “checked in the back” if they had a bigger sizes that would fit her but after asking Maryann a couple of questions she appeared to have an attitude and seemed annoyed. My aunt had asked her if a corset would be better for my cousin since she is bigger and it wasn’t her size and she replied with “I don’t know because I’ve never tried that” I thought she was joking, how do you work at quince store and not know if something will fit!? Every question was an “I don’t know” with her. It also didn’t help that my cousin was already feeling like a disturbance to the point where she even cried because she felt “fat shamed” because of how Maryann carried herself when we showed her dresses that weren’t necessarily her size. Nonetheless she picked her 3 dresses and went to try them on. I had observed from the other employees how they smiled when the girls walked out in their quince dress and made them feel like the princesses they are. I was also quick to notice the only thing Maryann did was get my cousin a crown, she could’ve at least faked a smile. We left Belle Quinces feeling disappointed! Because of that experience my cousin let that affect her trip to Miami looking for her quince dress because she felt like a disturbance. Please work on your customer service because I PROMISE with ladies who lack a smile or aren’t willing to even try to explain to customers you can keep expecting low reviews. EDIT ** I appreciate the response but don’t you think it was the trainees obligation to get the supervisor if she didn’t have the answers to my questions? The wait wasn’t necessarily the problem but as you mentioned you verified through the cameras, did you also verify 3 employees walking up to us all and still not being helped? Read moreMy daughter had her Quince/Sweet Sixteen photo shoot yesterday. I had been putting this off since last year due to COVID restrictions. However, when I finally decided it was time to begin the process, I was apprehensive because I did not have the time or energy frankly to navigate through the appointments and iron out all of the details. I called Bella Quinces in Hialeah and was given an appointment with Daniela (@danigiralt.bellaquinces). From the beginning she was very accommodating and explained everything in detail. She was great about following up with me and reminding me of the appointments I needed to make. My daughter found two beautiful quinceanera dresses pretty much from the first visit. Daniela was wonderful and very flexible. Even when I expressed concerns she was quick to address and make any changes necessary. My daughter's photographer was Miguel Bravo (@miguel.bellaquince). He was very patient and provided a great deal of calm and direction through the sessions. We cannot wait to see the final pictures. Her make-up artist was Alina (@aluty.makeup). I really can't say enough about her. She arrived at our house early in the morning and was ready to begin glamming our girl. My daughter is very picky about makeup but Alina managed to impress even her. She did a beautiful job and proceeded to the first venue. Once we arrived, she was super knowledgeable about the venue and she took the lead in communicating with the photographer and providing guidance for us. Under difficult conditions at Vizcaya, as it was in May and the heat was intolerable, she would help us to carry the dresses and accessories, dress my daughter, refresh her make-up change her hairstyles and did all of this without having the proper facilities. We then proceeded to Villa Blanca for the second session. By the time we arrived she had the room and everything ready for us. She wasted no time. She glammed her up again and never left her side. Keep in mind, some of these dresses outweigh a human, but she never complained or hesitated. She spent all day catering to our daughter from 7am to 6pm. We could not have asked for more.
