This was my 4th door that I bought from them. 3 when they were called Borano.I'm a custom builder on the main line in PA.

All I can say is never again. they do not respond to phone calls, emails total disrespect towards the customer.

Got in touch with Sam the owner, he said he would always answer my calls., said all the right things. Except for when his door was 90 days late. He stopped answering, emails went un answered.

Yes they had 2 hurricanes at their plant, yes there was covid, yes it was difficult for everyone.

There are plenty of door suppliers out there, you do not need to deal with this type of disrespect.

I spoke to the woman who answers the phone for them, the told me there were all sorts of people that were not getting phone calls returned.

Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY.

I have been building custom homes for 44 years, used their doors on 4 projects. I was always happy until now.

I will never do business with these people again.

I ordered a door in early March. I was told 10-12 weeks max, and they would try to make it in 8-10 weeks. ( I was clear that I had a tight timeline). Jimmy Sharpe was my salesperson and he was responsive until they got money and the order was placed. After that, he has not been responsive. Neither has their customer service department. It is now mid August and I still don't have a door or an ETA. I have asked for a refund or partial refund with no responses. I was never told these doors are made in Honduras and need to ship ON A CONTAINER to FL. It was intimated that these were locally made and that the only shipping involved was from FL to me. They changed their name from Borano Doors to Custom Doors to get away from their bad reviews. Look them up and you will find all of the delays and quality complaints.
