I am very disappointed with the recent experience I had at this location. I had purchased headphones at a different store and was informed that I could return or exchange them if I wasn’t satisfied. However, when I attempted to make the return at this location, I was refused because the headphones had been used. This was confusing, as the store sells refurbished (used) items, and I was given different information at the time of purchase.
The employee at this location was unhelpful and dismissive, and when he contacted his manager, she showed no empathy or willingness to assist. Additionally, there was only one employee working despite the store being crowded, which impacted both customer service and efficiency. Read moreCustomer Service is horrible! Went in to buy a new system with my grandson, who was so excited that he saved his money to buy the system. After waiting our turn the associate started ringing us up and answering questions for us and we were ready to check out when another customer came in to buy a system. He stopped helping us to check out this new customer (also buying a system and games, stepped from behind the counter to kiss his girlfriend and talk to her and made us wait 25 minutes for him to get back to us. In the mean time another employee came in, helped another customer and finally realized that we were still waiting to check out. He then stepped in and finished our checkout! Read moreThis place is horrible. They don't give you enough credit for items that you turn in that are used and their new stuff is priced about as high as anybody else around. I just stood in line for 25 minutes while they checked out an Xbox 360 console that they ended up giving the guy $3 for. If my son had not received a gift card for his birthday I would not have even been here. There were five people in line behind me and two more in front of me while they were checking out that Xbox. The lady directly in front of me eventually gave up and walked out. Only one person working and it shows poor management when you're not fully staffed on the Labor Day Holiday.
