T.J. Maxx — Local services in High Point

My husband was just treated very rudely by the store manager We are TJ Max Credit Carr Holder’s and just this past month have spent around 1000 Dollars in that store due to remodeling our house. We purchased three sets of curtains this past weekend so that we could try them out in our bedroom. We took the curtains off of the hanger to check the height of them on the rod. We like one set the best and kept it. The other two my husband went to return for me. Well, we kept the EXACT boxes that the curtains came on. But for some reason only one set matched the box. The other set of curtains did not match its box. And even though my husband HAD the receipt, the manager refused to help him because the curtains that we were returning “did not match the code on the box “. My theory is that the curtains were a return to start with and were put back on the wrong box by an associate there. And then WE ended up paying for it. I went in there looking for school clothes for the twins. I have never been in a T. J Maxx before. The store was neat. I went and picked up a pair of pants because my other son needed some to, they were made of thin cotton. Something like sweat pants. I looked at price almost fell over. $25.00 I put them right back. I continued to browse and look at the prices. I remembered my daughter needed a bathing suit, so I told her to see if she could find one. We did, price was $24.00 it was on the clearance rack for $7.00 so we got it. I walked out of the store with a bathing suit, a USB charger for $4.99 spending a little over $13.00. Store manager and employees are very rude here. Would not recommend what so ever :/ it’s sad really . The manager told me I could wait to have a item checked on something for me and then I was hung up on, when I called back another employee answered and said sorry we can’t help you, then continued to put me back on hold and the manager answered again and now said she wouldn’t be able to check on the item for me. I live a while away in rural hall and I just wanted an item checked on for me so I wouldn’t have to make the drive if not needed but I won’t be returning to this tjmaxx and this is the one I would come to when I came to a tjmaxx !!!!
