THESE FOLKS DON’T CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES TIME. THEY JUST WANT MONEY. Just a family owned business ripping people off. Never going back there again. I dropped off my bicycle on Thursday morning to get my tire tubes replaced and I was told it would be ready by later on in the afternoon. I waited all day long and didn’t get any notification from the shop. So on Friday morning I show up to the shop to ask about my bicycle and hoping it’s ready to be picked up. I’m standing in the shop looking around and everyone is just giggling and having a party while the tech is eating something standing in front of a bicycle that he should be working on and he wasn’t. And I was told my bicycle is still not ready and maybe it’ll be ready by Friday afternoon. I just told them I want my bicycle back. While the tech hands me the bicycle and he goes “I’m sorry I couldn’t get to your bike because we are so busy” and my response was yeah sure I’ve seen your busy. Never coming back...

BEST IN CLASS SERVICE!!! During this unfortunate time, its no question that people are doing everything they can to stay active. So selling a bike wouldn't be hard to do right? As for Mrs.Dolly and Mr. Danny and Staff they aim to educate you on the equipment you want, and acquire about. Even with all the traffic flowing through the place they still saw me, and was set about serving me and my needs. Answering all my questions (which i had a lot) they were patient, and took the time to make sure i had the info I needed before i made a purchase. You guys are awesome!!! Took the drive from South Carolina to visit this shop because they had the model of bike I was looking for. I called before I left and when I arrived everything was ready for me and my daughter. This is a family run operation and the mom met us and said we should talk with her son. He was so helpful explaining everything to my daughter. Had so much knowledge and was happy to share. We bought some accessories for the bike which were promptly installed and customized to her needs. I only wish they were closer. My daughter wants to go back. Thank you, great family...
