What color do you guys see? According to the owner they are brown. We ordered a bunch of flowers a month in advance for a wedding in shades of orange, brown, and creme, and were given flowers ranging from pink to hot pink. The only thing he got right was the orange roses. There was no warning call weeks in advance letting us know he didn't have the colors which would have been the professional thing to do. Instead he said he wasn't God and can't control the color the flowers come out to be. When we called him to see if there could be any compensation or to work something out, he got really rude and nasty and said we were harassing him. I have never, nor would I ever harass anyone. This man was unprofessional, rude, and because of his error and not owning up to it, refused to help us out, shifted the blame, and angrily said he won't give us any more of the flowers.
Save your time and energy and go somewhere else, especially if you are getting flowers for a big event such as a wedding. And being nasty on the phone, accusing and threatening not to give flowers that were already paid for is not cool. Clearly he is in it for the money and not the happiness and satisfaction of customers. I'll take this L as a learning experience and never trust Robert's Florals again.
I emphasize save your time and go to a professional business- and make sure you sign a contract on the flowers you want or else you'll end up in the same situation I was in.

How can you not know who I am yet know the order. And no, she wasn't happy which is why she didn't pick up all the flowers and wanted to speak with you, but you weren't in the office. When you were, you were rude. And you are clearly being rude in your response to me dismissing the service you have towards me. I'll also attach an image your staff member, Veronica, wrote with our order which clearly shows we ordered "brown hypericums" and you didn't even have a single Spider mum in store. The mums you had were hot pink, not creme like promised. I'll spare you embarrassment and not post the photo your promised us. Like I said, own up to your error next time, be a professional and warn potential buyer in advance. And instead of responding poorly own up to it because you'll only drive more people away. Business is business and you failed to deliver. If you would have given us a heads up, perhaps we could have worked things out and switch around flowers you had in stock to the color scheme we told you. You didn't even want to do that, and jumped straight to "we are harassing you" a psychological response known as "Projection or Blame-Shifting" Don't believe his response when he says to "call the store he will make things right" because he'll only get upset. This is a team that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Specifically in this case, they arranged for me to pick up my order on Sunday (event day). This is important because they are normally closed on Sunday. In doing so, the flowers were kept at the correct temperature until my event. They also moved the flowers to room temperature before I got there. This made sure the flowers were fully open in time for my 3:00 PM event.
