Little Appliance was the worst referral I have ever received. 1. Three receptionists, seemed not to have any answers for any ? and said, "You have to talk with the technician" before he ever came to my appt when I asked about pricing for a part, the companies ability to remove H20 from my washing machine and whether the $80 diagnosis fee is a credit towards the repaired service. 2. I set the initial appt for diagnosis giving them notice that all parts and labor would be postponed til my pay date. The Tech Rep. didn't even come with a wet dry vac. He stated it's common practice to leave the H20 in there til they come to do repairs. I didn't want my machine to rust. I had to be in debted $80 after he already came just to get that info and the pricing of a H2O pump which is obvious and for a control key. Needless to say he left, didn't come back and the dirty H2O remained. I called the company back to report what just occurred, they ask did I talk with the tech and would I like to speak with him again. What a lack of customer service!!! I hung up with that response to discuss with him the same thing we had when he was at my home. I called another company as I told them I would, who came 2pm the very next day, (I even called Little again just to see if they would rectify getting the stinky H2O out and they said, They "decline service to me". They already had my $80) The new Technician directly tested each setting on the machine (doing what Little A's tech seemed to fumble with),and Drained out the H2O, the part (only H20 pump needed) was delivered in one day with a 2nd appt scheduled and complete repair on the 3rd day. Read moreI had utilized Little Appliance's services previously for an issue with a built in oven, so when we started to have an issue with a built in microwave that was installed in our home by the previous owners, it was a no brainer that I would have them assist us in the matter as well. I called them and the technician came out promptly. He diagnosed the issue, explained that a new microwave was needed, took some measurements, collected the $90 fee, and explained that someone from sales would be in touch with me. After about a week of not hearing anything, I decided I would reach out to see if there was anything they may need from me. When I called, I could immediately tell they had no record of the tech coming to my house. She asked if I could hold for a moment while she did some research. A little bit later, the owner picked up and I explained everything to her. She then said that she didn't have any measurements and asked that I go home that evening, take some measurements, and call her back with them. I was flabbergasted. I explained that I didn't think that was fair. I felt as though that's sort of what I paid the tech for. She then went on to say that the tech gave the measurements to someone else, and that person was now out for surgery and she had no way of getting them. When I pushed a little more on the issue, the owner grew agitated and said in a rude manner, "I didn't mean to upset you, but I cannot help that we didn't get the measurements". Read moreI purchased an Amanda refrigerator from Little Appliance in 2018. The refrigerator did not work when it was delivered. The service guy came out and put refrigerant in and within 2 weeks the refrigerator stopped cooling. The service guy came out again and discovered there was a leak in the coil. I was shocked because it was a brand new refrigerator. He did some work on the refrigerator and it worked for some months. I requested a another refrigerator and they told me to call the manufacturer and make the request. Of course they denied the request. The manufacturer stated 3 service calls were needed before they would replace the refrigerator.
I recently asked the service guy to come out recently because once again the refrigerator stopped working. He came out and stated i needed a new coil. He also stated because i didnt purchase a warranty, i could not get a new refrigerator. I was charged $80.00 just for him to come out and say there was nothing he could do. He didn't even bring refrigerant to help me out.
My experience has been very disappointing because i was actually referred to Little Appliance. I will say that i was treated nicely every time i went in the store. However i won't be purchasing another refrigerator...
